With a proven track record in both litigation and advisory roles, Ben is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Prior to establishing Penn & Webb, Ben managed the employment and commercial litigation group at a business law firm in the Pittsburgh area. This role allowed him to gain invaluable insights into the challenges faced by business owners. He has also served as in-house commercial litigation counsel for a global manufacturing company, further developing his ability to navigate intricate business disputes and craft strategic solutions.

In addition to his legal practice, Ben is an entrepreneur. He owns two small businesses and is committed to fostering local economic growth and community engagement. His diverse experience enables him to approach legal challenges with a unique perspective, ensuring that clients receive not just legal advice, but practical business solutions.
